Gabriel Husson (2005*) erhielt seinen ersten Klavierunterricht mit fünf Jahren und seinen ersten Orgelunterricht mit dreizehn Jahren. Wichtige Lehrer waren Oleg Krimer, Marianne Reiser und Philippe Raskin. Er studierte zwei Jahre bei dem amerikanischen Pianisten Ben Kim an der Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar und wird ab Oktober bei Prof. Éric Le Sage an der Musikhochschule Freiburg studieren. Meisterkurse erhielt er u. a. von Prof. Nina Tichman, Prof. Lev Natochenny, Herbert Schuch und Michel Dalberto.

Als Chorknabe des Aachener Domchors lernte er über vier Jahre die großen Chorwerke von Palestrina bis Bruckner kennen. 

Er ist mehrfacher erster Bundespreisträger bei Jugend Musiziert, sowohl in Kammermusikkategorien als auch in Klavier Solo. Zudem gewann er den WDR-Klassikpreis der Stadt Münster sowie zahlreiche Sonderpreise, z.B. den Ibach Preis, Draiflessenpreis und eine Förderung der Charlotte-Hamel Stiftung.

Auf der Orgel wird er von Michael Bottenhorn in Bonn unterrichtet und erhielt Meisterkurse von Olivier Latry und Prof. Stefan Palm. 

Er ist Stipendiat der Deutschen Stiftung Musikleben.¹

Gabriel Husson (*2005) received his first piano lessons at the age of 5. His formative teachers were Oleg Krimer (Bonn), Marianne Reiser (Aachen) and Philippe Raskin (Brussels). 

For two years he studied with american pianist Ben Kim at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar. He will continue his studies with Prof. Éric Le Sage in October at the Musikhochschule Freiburg. He has received master classes from Prof. Nina Tichman, Prof. Lev Natochenny, Herbert Schuch and Michel Dalberto i.a..

As a choirboy in the Aachen Cathedral Choir, he took part in international concert tours and spent five years getting to know the great choral works from Palestrina to Bruckner.

He is a multiple first prize winner in the German national Youth competition „Jugend Musiziert“, both in various chamber music categories and in 2023 in the piano solo category. He has also won the WDR Classical Music Prize of the City of Münster and numerous special prizes (including the Hamel Foundation; Bechstein Foundation; Draiflessen Prize).

Gabriel has been playing the organ since the age of thirteen and is taught by Michael Bottenhorn (Sankt Josef, Bonn-Beuel). He took master classes with Prof. Stefan Palm and Olivier Latry.
